Mini Session Agreement

PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 15 minutes of shooting time with Heather Roth.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are due in full at time of booking. Sessions are non-refundable.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 5 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Heather Roth Photography.

CLIENT'S USAGE: Client is obtaining digital files for personal use only, and shall not sell said digital files or authorize any reproductions. Client must use photo credit on all social media platforms.

DELIVERY: Client will receive 10 high resolution digital files via electronic download before Mother's Day.

CREATIVE FEE: $475

The Client is entitled to no compensation for the Photographer's use or publication of the images.
