20 minute Motherhood studio session with Heather

25+ high resolution digital files

PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 20 minutes of shooting time with Heather Roth. 

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are due in full at time of booking. Sessions are non-refundable.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 5 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Heather Roth Photography.

CLIENT'S USAGE: Client is obtaining digital files for personal use only, and shall not sell said digital files or authorize any reproductions. Client must use photo credit on all social media platforms.

DELIVERY: Client will receive high resolution digital files via electronic download within 3 weeks.

COVID: In effort to keep each of us healthy, we both agree to remain vigilant about health and sanitation before, during and after our shoot together. 

COVID SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

The studio is very small. Please wait in your car until your time slot.

 Only one parent will be let inside.

There will be a 5 minute break in between sessions to clean up and disinfect.

If the weather allows, the door will be open to let fresh air in.

There is a HEPA filter in the studio.

Please no shoes in the studio. There is a mat for your shoes inside & outside the studio door.

The bathroom is a shared room with the other tenants of the building. Go potty before you arrive! :)

Please refer to the design inspiration for outfit choices. Definitely take advantage of the studio wardrobe & props!

Your family is not required to wear a mask, but I will be masked.

Please don't come if you are feeling unwell.

No refunds will be made.
