Mini Session Agreement

PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 10 minutes of studio shooting time with(out) Santa & Heather Roth.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are due in full at time of booking. Sessions are non-refundable.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 5 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Heather Roth Photography.

CLIENT'S USAGE: Client is obtaining digital files for personal use only, and shall not sell said digital files or authorize any reproductions. Client must use photo credit on all social media platforms.

DELIVERY: Client will receive high resolution digital files via electronic download in one weeks time.

CREATIVE FEE: $250

COVID SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

The studio is very small.

There is a HEPA filter in the studio.

Please no shoes in the studio. There is a mat for your shoes inside & outside the studio door.

The bathroom is a shared room with the other tenants of the building.

This is a Christmas shoot! Dress festive or in holiday jammies.

Your family is not required to wear a mask.

Please do not come if you are feeling unwell.

No refunds will be made for no shows.
